男,博士,青年副研究员。2000-2004年就读台湾大学生命科学系,主修植物学,2004年起在台湾大学植物科学研究所修读硕士与博士学位,2012年获博士学位,同年在台湾大学任博士后,从事分子遗传学研究植物抗逆基因及相关机制。2013-2016年在复旦大学研究室任博士后,从事系统与进化植物学、生物信息学和基因组学研究。2016-现在,在复旦大学生物多样性研究所任青年副研究员,从事系统与进化植物学、生物信息
主要研究方向
用分子遗传学、基因组学、进化生物学、和生物信息学等手段,利用基因组和转录组数据,研究基因家族进化及其和功能、基因复制的关系,重建陆地植物,特别是被子植物中包括农作物的较大科的系统关系。
